- definitions of health, care and global health goals
- health and care theories
- social structures and inequalities in health and care based on age, gender, social class, ethnicity, sexuality, disability, and religion
- transdisciplinary research and its application for the study of health and care

Prerequisites

To be enrolled in the course the student should have 240 credits, 60 of which should be at the advanced level, including a thesis of 15 credits (or the equivalent).
