An Occupational Perspective of Health I 7,5 Credits

The significance of occupation for health is the focus of this course, as well as responsibility for health from an occupational therapy and occupational science perspective. Moreover, the importance of gender and environmental factors for health is considered. Evaluation of research and quality improvement focusing on the importance of occupation for health are also part of the course. Upon course completion, you will be able to independently systematize and in practice apply research findings supporting the significance of occupation to promote and restore health.

Prerequisites

A Degree of Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and at least 90 credits in Occupational Therapy.
