Course Contents

The course consist three equal areas: Organisation, group-dynamics and leadership and project management.
Organisation:
- Organisation as a concept
- Organisational culture and -learning
- System-thinking and complexity in organisation
- Organisational sustainability
Group-dynamics and leadership:
- Values and behaviour
- Communication processes and intercultural communication
- Leadership and co-workers
- Communication skills
- Conflict management
- Group-dynamics
Project-management:
- Project methodology
- Project management
- Project management tools (i.e. stakeholder analysis, risk analysis, SWOT-analysis)
- Project-team and collaboration
- Monitoring and controlling

Prerequisites

General entry requirements and Physics 1, Chemistry 1, Matematics 3c or Physics A, Chemistry A, Matematics D and English 6 or English B in the Swedish upper secondary school system or international equivalent
