Riding lawnmowers have stayed quite similar on how they are portrayed for quite some time. This thesis explores new ways on how a riding lawnmower can be used by studying the needs and future updates.

What happens if you move the engine / battery house and locate it somewhere else on a lawn tractor? With an empty front there are new ways to interact and use the riding lawnmower. With no limitations in form, cost or functions the creativity to find and design something brand new is limitless.
The goal of this thesis is to update the design and find new features and functions to implement on the riding lawnmowers. The project consisted of research on market gaps and user needs and then transform these needs in to new forms and functions.
By combining the usage of a cargo trailer directly into the product, the final result is a new type of riding lawnmower not ever seen on markets.
