As a Jönköping University student you can study at another European university for 3-12 months within the framework of the Erasmus programme. All students who are selected and nominated as Erasmus students can apply for an Erasmus scholarship.
The scholarship is a grant to cover additional costs associated with the student’s stay abroad. The scholarship is paid in two separate payments, the first one in November or March, depending which semester you are abroad. The second payment is latest in October for both spring and fall students.
Important Documents that should be upploaded in INTAPPS
Application - only oline application is valid, a link will be sent to the student soon after selection.
Agreement- signed by erasmus coordinatro and the student.
Learning agreement - signed by student, partner university and home university.
Certificate of Attendance - signed by partner university.
Evaluation Erasmus mobility tool - online evaluation to be filled out by the student after the exchange.
June 1st 2017 Application deadline for all students both fall and spring.
October 15th 2017 Last day to submit the contract in INTAPPS (that will be sent to you in the beginning of June) Together with a scanned copy of your full coverage insurance if your not a European citizen.
September 1st 2017 Last day to make the OLS mandatory language test
October 15th 2017 Last day to upload your Learning Agreement in INTAPPS
February 15th 2018 Last day to upload yourCertificate of Attendance in INTAPPS
February 15th 2018 Last day to answer the survey from the EU commission that will be sent out after your mobility.
February 15th 2018 Last day to make the second OLS mandatory language test

You must provide the exact semester dates in your application. You may find it at the host university website, otherwise please ask the host university's international coordinator. Please be aware that any incorrect information in your application will make it invalid.
The Online Linguistic Support (OLS) supports language learning for Erasmus+ mobility participants. The OLS offers participants in Erasmus+ the opportunity to assess their skills in the foreign language(s) they will use during their studies.
Please note: this test does not in any way influence the decision of granting you a scholarship or not. It is merely performed in order to measure your improvements during the mobility.
