Kursinnehåll

• Different aspects of social conflicts linked to the individual and the group in terms of individual differences
• How personal responsibility with respect to both conflict management strategies and psychological defense patterns can affect the development, escalation and settlement of conflicts
• Different perspectives on various levels and types of conflicts
• How conflicts can be prevented to obtain a viable relationship, as well as how it can be managed to obtain a progressive outcome

Förkunskapskrav

General entry requirements and 45 credits in Business Administration or Psychology, or the equivalent. English proficiency is required. Exemption is granted from the requirement in Swedish.
