Aditro Logistics is a major company in the J&ouml;nk&ouml;ping area with offices located in J&ouml;nk&ouml;ping, Gothemburg, Stockholm and in Norway. They have an annual turnover of over 100 million euros and are currently launching&nbsp; major gamification and eSports projects. While mature fields a marked by stability, defined roles, relationships, and rules, emerging fields are uncertain and ambiguous, without clarity about roles, relationship, or even the common interests.
