Alumna on Forbes list of young leaders
Frida Wygler, CEO and co-founder of the technology company Radar Reticence and an alumna of the School of Engineering at Jönköping University, has been included in the business magazine Forbes’ European ‘30 Under 30’ list for 2026.
“It is incredibly exciting to be recognised on a list alongside other leading entrepreneurs in Europe. Together, we are potentially building the global companies of the future,” says Frida Wygler.

Each year, Forbes highlights 30 prominent individuals under the age of 30 across various categories. Frida Wygler and her team are featured in the manufacturing and industry category. They are developing technology to eliminate radar interference, which is essential for autonomous vehicles.
“A good foundation to build on”
Frida graduated in 2023 from the Logistics and Management programme and says her education provided an important foundation for her career.
“It has given me a good foundation to build on and develop further. My favorite course was when we had to create our own company based on a business idea. Those are experiences that I benefit greatly from in my daily work,” she says.

As CEO, Frida works broadly across strategy, financing, partnerships, and recruitment.
“What I love about my job is being faced with new challenges every day, constantly striving for high goals, and continuously learning new things,” she says.
She sees being on the Forbes list as both an honor and a source of motivation.
“When I see who has historically been on the list, I feel very honored. It’s impressive that we have managed to come this far in such a short time, and I am extremely proud of that. At the same time, we are only at the beginning of our journey, and it will be very exciting to see where it takes us,” says Frida.
