Lara Kurzbusch is a former student of the Digital Business master's programme. She now works as a Digital Transformation Analyst at Accenture Interactive in Germany.

To work in my profession, you need to be open-minded and curious. My role involves understanding how innovation of both existing and new business models, by making use of technologies, can deliver meaningful customer experiences.

As soon as I read the role description on Accentures website, I knew that this was the job for me. There is no typical workday for me, which is something I really like about my current profession as a digital transformation analyst. Accenture consists of a huge network of experts. I get to work with them every day, rise to the challenge and deliver the best project outcomes possible.

The Digital Business programme at JIBS gave me a grounded understanding for digital business models and showed me how old digital business models have to be prepared for the challenges of the future and rising customer expectations.

The best thing about JIBS is the international environment. You get to work with students from all over the world on joint projects. This way of studying teaches you how to make your point and stand for your opinion, but at the same time gives you and your team members room to grow and share ideas.
