Introduction to School-Age Educare 15 Credits

This blended learning course will introduce Swedish school-age childcare, an integral part of primary school. Study visits provides examples of practice and theories about children’s play and learning will be discussed based on them. Outdoor education as well as value base and diversity issues within the school will be introduced. Multimodal and aesthetical expressions are integrated in the course.

Prerequisites

General entry requirements. English proficiency is required. Exemption is granted from the requirement in Swedish.
