Location
Jönköping International Business School, floor 3, B3008

Background:
Online communities offer many benefits for businesses of all kinds. The challenge is how to use them. Many businesses are not aware of the potentials that online communities offer. And even if they know about the benefits of online communities, knowing how to exploit them is a completely different story.

The goal of the workshop is to understand:
1) what online communities are,
2) why it might be smart to think of online community management instead of ‘social media marketing’, and
3) how to benefit from online communities.

The workshop will include an interactive part about how the individual participants are using/might use online communities in their business. Here, the goal is to learn from each other and think about opportunities to use online communities in different kinds of business domains.

Target audience:
SME owner-managers, marketing managers and R&D managers
