Alexander, who is also a former student at JU, has a lot of insights and knowledge about what works and not on social media. He will share the mistakes that companies make on social media and how to easily succeed as a company/organization on those platforms. Based on experience from his own journey, he tells how to create the optimal customer journey with data-driven analysis and with a lot of clarity. During his time as a student at Jönköping University, Alexander was involved in study social committees as well as project manager for the Jönköping Student Union.
