This course will provide you with tools to learn how to interact with difficult thoughts and by learning to be more present you can start setting goals and being more active.
The first session is on Wednesday 10 March at 3:00 pm. The following sessions will take place on 17 March, 24 March, 30 March and 14 April. Every session lasts 2 hours, five sessions in total.
