This course will provide you with tools to learn how to interact with difficult thoughts and by learning to be more present you can start setting goals and being more active.
The first session is on Wednesday 21 April at 3:00 pm. The following sessions will take place on 28 april, 5 May, 12 May and 19 May. Every session lasts 2 hours. The treatment includes five sessions.
