Course: Doing What Matters

Are you struggling with intrusive thoughts, anxiety, difficulty to concentrate on your studies or maintaining healthy relationships?

Want to make desirable behavioral changes according to your values?

This is an opportunity for you to participate in a group where you will be able to share similar experiences, thoughts and issues and learn new useful strategies from other peers.

The counsellor will provide you with tools to learn how to accept difficult emotions instead of fighting them. You will learn to change the way you interact with difficult thoughts. By learning to be present you will be more flexible in your actions and you can start to set goals and take action, based on what is important to you.

Where? On Zoom.

When? The first session is on Wednesday 10 March at 3:00 pm.
The following sessions will take place on 17 March, 24 March, 30 March and 14 April.

Every session lasts 2 hours. The treatment includes five sessions.
