Documents for signature
Generally, we sign documents (Learning Agreement, Certificate of Arrival etc.) during the introduction week in August. Please fill out the documents before you submit them to us for signature.
You can submit the documents in one of the following ways:
- During the introduction week in August, you can hand in the documents in paper form to the Service Center at the Jönköping University campus during their opening hours. There will be boxes at the Service Center divided per JU school where you can hand in the documents. You will then be able to collect the signed documents during a drop-in session scheduled for Wednesday 1 September 12.00-14.00 (outside Service Center).
- You can upload the documents for signature via the case management system (http://educationsupport.ju.se ) and choose case type: incoming exchange. If you do not have a digital copy of the documents, it is possible to scan them on the printers located on campus and upload them to the case management system.
Please note that JU cannot currently sign Online learning agreements due to technical reasons, therefore please submit your documents via one of the two ways described above.
