Course Contents

- theoretical perspectives and models concerning teamwork and collaboration within and between professions and organisations
- the role of the service user/patient in collaboration
- professional and multi-professional teamwork in terms of role, identity and power
- team development and team collaboration within and between various organisations
- current research on teamwork in developing organisations
- future challenges for teamwork in developing organisations

Prerequisites

The applicant must hold the minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (i.e. the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) within health and caring sciences, behavioural science, social work, or educational sciences.
