Within EULiST, there is extensive cooperation in various areas focusing on campus development, sustainability, education, research and collaboration.

Project organization and Work Packages

The approach in the five work packages is broad and interdisciplinary:

  • Work Package 1 - Management, Coordination and Strategy
  • Work Package 2 - Campus
  • Work Package 3 - Teaching and Learning
  • Work Package 4 - Research and Innovation
  • Work Package 5 - Outreach, Engagement and Transfer

The overall project is centrally led by Leibniz University Hannover (LUH). The Work Packages are led by designated staff from the ten universities within the alliance. JU is responsible for Work Package 2, about Campus development, together with Brno University of Technology in the Czech Republic.

Internal project organisation

At JU, there is a steering committee and an operational project group that leads the work together with about 25 staff and student representatives who are part of the various working groups within the alliance.
