Kristina Sollander successfully defended her doctoral thesis at JTH.

Kristina Sollander successfully defended her doctoral thesis with the title ”Unplanned Managerial Work: A Driver for Knowledge Creation and Innovation Capabilities in Manufacturing SMEs” at JTH on 18 August.
“It feels really good to have been approved for my thesis and it was great fun to discuss my research with such incredibly knowledgeable researchers, says Kristina Sollander.

The opponent was Senior Associate Professor Andreas Wallo at Linköping University.

The members of the examining committee were: Professor Stefan Tengblad, University of Gothenburg, Associate professor Kristina Eriksson, University West and Associate professor Aylin Ates, University of Strathclyde, the United Kingdom.

The chairperson of the defence was Associate professor Jenny Bäckstrand, JTH.

“It was fun to be able to summarize my research and fun to hear other people's take off on what I have done. There were many challenging questions, which I can benefit from in my future research. It is a continuing part of the learning process, you could say, says Kristina Sollander.
