Bianca Harms will be visiting MMTC from 19 September to 15 October, 2016 on the MMTC Visiting Doctoral Fellowship Program
Bianca Harms is a part-time PhD candidate at the SOM Graduate School of Economics and Business, in the Department of Marketing, at University of Groningen, the Netherlands. Her research addresses branded content in digital contexts. More specific her first two research projects focus on the effectiveness of digital native advertising. In 2015 Bianca received a doctoral grant for teachers from The Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research. In 2016 she was elected as a
provisional member to the executive board of the European Media Management
Bianca has a background in the music industry where she held several marketing positions among others at Sony Music. After, she worked as a lecturer in marketing at the School of Media & Entertainment Management at Stenden University of Applied Sciences in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, where she now works part-time as a senior lecturer and project leader responsible for developing a master program.
