MMTC Open Workshop on Transformation and Innovation

On Spetember 19th MMTC hosted an open workshop focused on organizational Transformation with guest speaker Nicolas Buttin from Wiithaa, a design and innovation agency focusing on circular economy.

Using the principles of Design Thinking, the open workshop invited academic and administrative staff to work and prototype actions for an issue of their choice. The session dynamic, interactive and inspiring. Guest speaker of the Sustainability Day, Nicolas Buttin, helped stimulate creative thinking towards organizational transformation. Together the group brainstormed, shared expertise and got tools to help create rapid and sustainable organizational transformation.
