MMTC members Nurit Nahum and Timur Uman have made a significant contribution to the forthcoming book "Global Leadership and Wisdoms of the World - Insights from 17 Language Cultures," slated for publication in October 2024 by Edward Elgar Publishing. Their chapter explores the distinct wisdom embedded in Hebrew culture, focusing on two pivotal concepts: Chutzpah and Tachless.

Chutzpah refers to the audacity to defy norms and take bold actions, even when these actions challenge social conventions. Tachless, on the other hand, embodies a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to achieving goals with efficiency and effectiveness.

Through these concepts, Nahum and Uman illustrate how Hebrew culture seamlessly integrates a deep respect for knowledge and truth with wise leadership, fostering a robust environment for creativity and innovation.

The book is expected to provide valuable insights into how different cultures contribute to global leadership paradigms. Further details can be found here External link, opens in new window..
