Login and database problems
In order to use any of the library's licenced databases from home you first have to log in with your university user account, the same username and password that you use when you log on to the university network.
The login page will automatically turn up when you click on a database link. In most cases, if it is not working, your user account has expired. Questions regarding your user account are answered by IT HelpDesk.
Problems with specific databases
If you are having problem accessing one of the databases but have no problem accessing others, there is probably a problem with the database host. Please notify the library so that we may follow up on the problem. The easiest way to do that is to use the service Ask the Library.
