Borrow at the library

At the library, you will find both printed and digital media that support education and research at Jönköping University. If you are missing any material, you can suggest an acquisition or request an interlibrary loan. If you have difficulty reading printed books, we can help you access talking books.

The library is open to everyone over the age of 18, including those not affiliated with the university. Companies and public authorities can access our services through special agreements.

Search our materials

You can search the library’s resources using the Primo search tool or one of our many databases. If you need help with your information search, there are several ways to get support. When you are at the library, you can always ask for help at the information desk to get started. We also offer drop-in sessions for search assistance and reference questions every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 13:00 and 14:00 in room C2014.

If you are writing a thesis or another academic paper, you can book an appointment for more in-depth help through our form. There are also subject guides to help you choose the right search tools and databases, and to give you tips for effective information searching. These guides are often tailored to specific study programs, but there are also general guides suitable for many users.
