Course Contents
This thesis course is designed to provide you with the essential skills, methodologies, and support necessary to conceptualise, research, and articulate a comprehensive thesis project which is focused on showing expertise in a specific focus area in business administration. You will engage in academic research that will foster critical thinking and analytical skills while exploring a topic of your choice within your focus area.
You start by developing a research proposal in seminars to identify and formulate relevant research questions, conduct a literature review, and apply appropriate research methods. You then conduct your research and write a thesis. You will receive guidance on the writing process in tutoring seminars, from drafting and revising to effectively communicating your findings.
After completing the course, you will be able to produce substantive and independent, original research demonstrating your expertise and knowledge with your discipline. This thesis will be a vital component of your academic portfolio, preparing you for both professional and academic endeavors.
Prerequisites
Passed 180 ECTS within civilekonomprogrammet, and passed at least 15 ECTS at master level within the track (or the equivalent).
