International Business Law introduces you to the legal frameworks that shape global commerce and cross-border management. You will learn about the main legal systems and principles governing international business and explore how these frameworks influence business operations, contracts, and decision-making in an international context.
As global business increasingly moves into the digital domain, the course examines key legal challenges related to data protection (including GDPR), cybersecurity, digital marketing, e-commerce, consumer protection, and competition law. You will also study intellectual property rights to understand how innovation and brand value can be protected across jurisdictions.
