The programme prepares you to develop sustainable educational strategies that address society's evolving needs. You will gain a solid foundation of theoretical and practical perspectives integrating technological, pedagogical, and social aspects to tackle current and future challenges. Ethical and social issues, participation, inclusive learning design, and leadership are emphasized and linked to social sustainability across various educational contexts.
Practical experience and collaborations
Throughout the programme, you will expand your knowledge through courses that focus on learning, digitalisation, and sustainability, equipping you with a deeper understanding of digital transformation and sustainable solutions. As part of the DIP2 course, you will collaborate with a learning organisation, applying your skills and knowledge in real-world settings.
This web-based programme combines both synchronous and asynchronous seminars and study assignments. Synchronous seminars provide an opportunity for all students to connect digitally, engage in discussions, and share valuable experiences, enriching your learning journey.
You can choose to study for either one or two years. The two-year option allows for more in-depth studies in the second year and includes the possibility of studying abroad, offering an expanded global perspective.
Career opportunities and further studies
Upon graduation, you will be equipped to design and implement sustainable education strategies. Career paths include roles such as educational strategist, where you can develop innovative learning models, or digitalization specialist, leading digital transformation in educational settings. You may also contribute to shaping policies at the intersection of education and sustainability.
The programme provides a strong foundation for both national and international career opportunities in education. Additionally, it qualifies you for postgraduate studies, opening doors to advanced research and academic pursuits.
