1st Conference on:

Recent Trends in Economic Development, Finance and Management Research in Eastern Africa

Jönköping International Business School (JIBS) of Jönköping University has collaborative PhD and MSc programs with Addis Ababa University, College of Business and Economics (AAB-CBE) and University of Rwanda University, College of Business and Economics (UR-CBE).

Efforts are made to extend this collaborative program which is financed by the Swedish International Development Cooperation (SIDA) to include other universities in Eastern Africa.

As part of the exchange, education, training, research capacity building and publication activities we intend to organize workshops and conferences on an annual basis at partner universities. This conference is the first in such series.
