The Department of Quality Improvement and Leadership (AKL) conducts education, research and development work in our main areas of quality improvement and leadership.

Education

To meet tomorrow's complex challenges in health and welfare, continuous improvement and change management need to be in focus. Our master's program gives you the tools. We have been training improvement leaders from all over Sweden since 2009. Together with our international partners, we have created a program that makes an impact in health and welfare.

Research

Research at AKL is mainly conducted within the Jönköping Academy for Improvement of Health and Welfare (JA) and Studies on Integrated Health and Welfare (SIHW).
