The reseach concerns how new and traditional ways of working in health care interacts, with the aim of constructing a framework for the interplay of process based way of working and the traditional, function based organisation of health care.
Hanna is a clinical laboratory scientist, MSc. She is an employee at Region Jönköping County since 2014 and has worked with first and second line management. Today she combine her PhD-studies with an assigment as process leader for cancer care.
