Biography

Anna Sellin is a lecturer in law and a doctoral candidate in constitutional law at Jönköping International Business School (JIBS). She has a Master's degree in Commercial and Tax Law from JIBS 2006. After graduation, she worked as a manager of the Swedish Institute of Foreign Law at JIBS (Institutet för utländsk rätt, IUR). 

Research

Anna's doctoral thesis focuses on constitutional aspects of interest representation and the impact of lobbying upon legislation. The working title of her thesis is Lobbning och rättslig reglering. Transparens- och representativitetsaspekter. In her thesis, Anna compares the influence of interest representation upon legislation and the transparency of the law-making processes in Sweden and the USA.

Teaching

Anna is currently teaching mainly within labour law, credit and securities law, company law, and constitutional law.
