Research

Carin Rösiös research interest includes production system design with a focus on reconfigurability, sustainability and the ability to handle change. Her research also comprises production system localization and mobile production systems.

The research is carried out in close cooperation with industry and addresses both technological and organizational aspects related to production system design on a strategic as well as operational level within a company.

Bigraphy

Carin Rösiö earned a MSc degree in Technical Design in 2005 from Luleå University of Technology and a PhD degree in Innovation and Design from Mälardalen University.

Carin Rösiö is working as a senior associate professor at School of Engineering, Jönköping University. She is teaching i.a. production system development and flexible and reconfigurable manufacturing.
