Dinara Tokbaeva is an Assistant Professor at Jönköping International Business School, Jönköping University. She is affiliated with two centres: Media, Management and Transformation Centre (MMTC) and Centre for Family Entrepreneurship and Ownership (CeFEO). Dinara earned her PhD and MA in Media Management from the University of Westminster. Dinara was a Research Associate at Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School working on the externally funded project related to the digitalization of businesses. She also took part in organising the European Media Management Association conference (emma) hosted by JIBS in 2021 together with colleagues from Jönköping. Dinara’s research interests focus on management and leadership of creative organisations, change management and innovation. She teaches courses and supervises student theses within her research areas.
