The course provides basic knowledge and abilities in industrial finance and controlling. The focus of the course is on product calculation, budgeting, management accounting, deviation analysis, investment calculation, and profitability calculation.
The course includes the following elements:
-Basic finance and control concepts

-Investment appraisal
-Performance measurement (profitability assessment)
-Financial sustainability
-Calculation tools
Prerequisites
General entry requirements and Physics 1, Chemistry 1, Mathematics 3c. Or: Physics A, Chemistry A, Mathematics D (or the equivalent).
