• Norm-critical perspectives on working life • Intersectionality • Emerging and competing demands in working life • Globalization, and the entrance to a knowledge-based society and economy, New Public Management strategies, and its influence on working life conditions • Roles and functions in the world of work • Significant shifts of working life conditions over time, exemplified in different organizational and professional settings • Social sustainability in organizations and decent work

Prerequisites

The applicant must hold the minimum of a bachelor's degree (ie. The equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) with at least 90 credits in Social Science or Education or the equivalent.
