## About the programme The world needs next-generation leaders who can identify opportunities, turn ideas into action, and drive sustainable growth. This programme equips you with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to make that impact. You will explore topics such as creativity and business creation, innovation and transformation, sustainable scaling, and entrepreneurial ecosystems. Along the way, you will strengthen your critical and creative thinking, digital fluency, and ethical responsibility. Our education is grounded in a Nordic approach that emphasises sustainability, equality, innovation, and long-term value creation. The programme welcomes students from diverse academic backgrounds beyond business. As long as you hold at least 15 ECTS in business administration, you can build on your unique perspective while gaining advanced expertise in entrepreneurship and innovation. ### From ideas to impact At JIBS, theory and practice are closely connected. You will learn in a collaborative, professional environment that’s both stimulating and fun. It’s a place where you can try out entrepreneurial ideas, connect with funding agencies, and join competitions and other activities supported by Science Park Jönköping. Through applied projects dealing with real-world challenges, you’ll sharpen your ability to start a business, as well as design, implement, and manage innovation processes in an engaging and safe space that encourages you to step outside your comfort zone. The programme concludes with a 15-credit master’s thesis, where you apply your knowledge to a focused topic in entrepreneurship or innovation. ### Your future career After graduation, you will be prepared for roles where innovation and transformation are central. You might launch your own venture or work as a business developer, innovation manager, or change leader in start-up corporations, public organisations, or NGOs.
