## About the programme: This web-based, advanced level programme for occupational therapists offers flexibility to study from anywhere in the world. Students can choose to study part-time (50% study pace), allowing for combination with work, or full-time (100% study pace) and complete the programme within four or two years, respectively. The programme provides you knowledge to critically and systematically integrate theory and evidence in occupational therapy. You will also learn to analyse, assess, and handle complex phenomena, problems, and situations through assignments in the courses. The courses focus on evidence-based practice in occupational therapy, occupation in relation to health, occupational science, scientific methods, and sustainable health promotion and community development through collaborations. Students can often choose the focus of their assignments and formulate their own research questions that are relevant to their practice and contexts. Students acquire knowledge to integrate theory and evidence in occupational therapy that help them develop professionally. Work experience within occupational therapy is preferred but not required for admission into the programme. In assignments, you can often choose to focus on a broad topic in occupational therapy or particular area that is personally interesting and/or relevant to your practice and context.

Requirements: The applicant must hold the minimum of a Bachelor´s degree in Occupational Therapy, (i.e. the equivalent of 180 ECTS credits at an accredited university) or the equivalent. Proof of English proficiency is required.
