At the same time, society is constantly evolving, placing new demands on knowledge, collaboration, and innovation within healthcare, rehabilitation, and working life. This programme allows you to deepen your theoretical and practical knowledge. You will strengthen your ability to work evidence-based, think critically, and drive change – whether your ambition is to become a specialist, pursue a research career, or take on leadership roles. You will also develop your communication and collaboration skills in multicultural, interprofessional, and international settings. Additionally, you will examine how leadership, organisation, and sustainability affect the development of occupational therapy. The programme concludes with an independent research project (15 credits) where you explore a topic of your choice. Many participants live and work abroad, contributing to a rich global learning environment and professional exchange. ### Flexible and fully online The programme comprises 60 credits and is offered fully online, giving you the freedom to study from anywhere and combine studies with work. ### You can choose between: - Full-time (100%) – completed in 1 year - Part-time (50%) – completed in 2 years Teaching is primarily in English, though some elements and elective courses may be offered in Swedish. The programme uses varied teaching methods such as lectures, seminars, group projects, and interactive discussions – all adapted for digital learning. ### After graduation Earning a master’s degree in occupational therapy from Jönköping University opens the door to a wide range of exciting opportunities.
