<p>Are you having a hard time dealing with your thoughts and emotions? Struggling with self-criticism? Trouble concentrating on your studies and maintaining healthy relationships? Then this course might be something for you! As a participant in this course you will be provided with a variety of practical tools and strategies and learn how to deal with difficult thoughts and emotions. You will learn skills that will help you pivot towards a more rich and meaningful life!</p><p>The course consists of 5 sessions: 3 November, 10 November, 19 November, 24 November and 1 December at 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
