Annika works at the Jönköping Academy for Improvement of Health and Welfare. She has a long professional experience from healthcare sector, where she has taught improvement knowledge and been responsible for a large number of improvement projects. Annika has also been involved in the development and dissemination of national quality registers and has a great commitment to linking practice and theory. Annika defended her doctoral thesis in the research field Improvement Science 2017 at Jönköping University. Today, Annika is responsible for courses in improvement knowledge at advanced level at Jönköping Academy, as well as courses in higher vacational education at the International Business School, Jönköping University.
