Andreas Gremyr
How can healthcare become learning health system (LHS) where technology can facilitate work processes and co-production? How can this approach benefit continuous learning and improvements for both patients and the healthcare organization? Andreas' research combines knowledge of development of learning health systems internationally with local development within psychiatric services in the west of Sweden. He divides his time between a Postdoc position at the Anderson Center for Health System Excellence at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in the USA, studying the development of LHSs for Bipolar Disorder, and working as the unit manager for the R&D unit ePsykiatrienheten at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg. Andreas has a background as a clinical psychologist in psychiatric services and has a master in psychology from the University of Gothenburg and one in Quality Improvement and Leadership in Health and Welfare from Jönköping University.
