Overview

In an increasingly globalised world, there is a growing demand for individuals who understand dynamic flows, change management, logistics, and entrepreneurship. The Master in Global Management programme provides the knowledge and skills to operate in an international business environment, leading change and sustainability efforts.

The programme focuses on giving you a broad understanding of the data-driven and culturally dynamic global marketplace where information and communication are crucial for success. You will also study courses in entrepreneurship and leadership, with a focus on social sustainability, business management, and corporate social responsibility. All teaching is conducted in English, further preparing you for an international career.

Through projects and group work, you will have the opportunity to enhance your planning and collaboration skills with peer students from around the world. In the second year, you can specialise through elective courses, either abroad or at JIBS, or through a corporate internship. The programme concludes with the completion of your master’s thesis.

Upon graduation, you will be well-prepared for a career abroad as an international business developer, project manager, change manager, entrepreneur, consultant or operations manager.
