Co-production - in Research and Practice
Welcome to a seminar where Elke Loeffler* shares her experiences of how co-production can strengthen quality, participation, and innovation in welfare systems. The starting point is the book Co-Production of Public Services and Outcomes, in which Elke uses international case studies and evidence-based research to show how users, employees, and society can work together to develop better healthcare and welfare services.
The seminar is aimed at researchers and professionals who want to deepen their understanding of how co-production can be translated into practice, leadership, and research.
*Elke Loeffler is Director of the Institute of Local Government Studies at the University of Birmingham in the UK and has expertise in the co-production of public services, particularly in health and social care.
