About the programme:

In today’s fast-moving and competitive landscape, businesses must constantly innovate to stay relevant. Entrepreneurship and strategic change are essential to creating new opportunities, responding to market shifts, and addressing global issues. Companies need leaders who can think entrepreneurially and find creative solutions—whether to grow their own ventures or transform existing organizations. They need you.

This programme equips you with the knowledge and skills to become an entrepreneurial leader. Whether your goal is to start your own business, innovate within established companies, or create ventures that address social and environmental needs, this program provides the opportunity to put theory into practice.

You will learn to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and build thriving businesses in competitive markets. Additionally, the program highlights the importance of balancing economic goals with social responsibility, showing how business decisions can benefit both companies and communities.

With a hands-on approach, you’ll gain practical experience by starting your own project or venture, while collaborating with peers from around the world. Workshops, group projects, and personalized mentoring will allow you to apply what you have learned to real-world challenges.

The program also emphasizes responsible entrepreneurship, teaching you to lead initiatives that combine profitability with social and environmental impact. With expert faculty and industry leaders, you’ll gain both academic insights and practical skills.

All courses are taught in English, offering a diverse and international learning environment. In the second year, you can enhance your global experience with internships or a semester abroad at one of JIBS’ partner universities.

When you graduate, you’ll be ready for a global career as a founder, corporate entrepreneur, or innovation leader.

After graduation, you will be eligible to apply for the PhD programme in Business Administration at JIBS and other PhD programmes in Business Administration worldwide.
