Clinical placement
Through clinical placement, students gain practical experience, connect with their future profession, and can establish professional contacts already during their studies.
Clinical placement is a part of all programmes at the School of Health and Welfare, however, the structure and the extent vary between the different study programs; more information is available on the Student Web.
The School of Health and Welfare has approximately 360 collaboration partners within Jönköping County and other parts of the country. Students complete workplace-based education (VFU) within municipal services, regional organizations, and the private sector.

Career days
The Health Section at the School of Health and Welfare organizes Career Days once per semester to create a meeting place for future employers and students. In the autumn semester, the Career Day takes place in week 36, and in the spring semester in week 4.
