Collaborate with students
Clinical placement
Through clinical placement, students gain practical experience, connect with their future profession, and can establish professional contacts already during their studies.
Clinical placement is a part of all programmes at the School of Health and Welfare, however, the structure and the extent vary between the different study programs; more information is available on the Student Web.
The School of Health and Welfare has approximately 360 collaboration partners within Jönköping County and other parts of the country. Students complete workplace-based education (VFU) within municipal services, regional organizations, and the private sector.

Career days
The Health Section at the School of Health and Welfare organizes Career Days once per semester to create a meeting place for future employers and students.
Career Day is held twice a year, on the first Tuesday in February and the first Tuesday in October, from 10am to 1pm.
The fair is primarily aimed at students at the School of Health and Welfare and is a popular opportunity to meet future employers in an inspiring environment.
The event brings together stakeholders from across the healthcare and social care sector. Here, students are given the opportunity to make valuable contacts and find pathways into working life. The event is organised by the Health Section, Hälsosektion in collaboration with the School of Health and Welfare.
