<p>MMTC seminar with&nbsp;<strong>Chetna Chauhan</strong>&nbsp;(Universidad de Los Andes, Colombia) and Sher Jahan Khan (FORE School of Management, India).&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Chetna&nbsp;is presenting&nbsp;the research titled as&nbsp;<strong>&quot;Investigating the algorithmic transparency within organizations through upper echelons perspective&quot;</strong>.</p><p>Drawing on Upper Echelons Theory, this study examines how top management team (TMT) characteristics shape firms&rsquo; adoption of algorithmic transparency and service ethics in competitive contexts. Chetna is presenting the research titled as "Investigating the algorithmic transparency within organizations through upper echelons perspective".
