New JU cards

The JU cards will get a new look that will be consistent with the new graphic profile.

The new card has the same functions as the old one, it's only the appearance that will change.

The cards will be divided into different categories with different colours:
Students: purple
Staff: blue
External contacts / visitors: grey

At the beginning of the semester, the priority is that the new students get their cards. Current students continue to use their old cards. The old cars will be valid for a few more years and will gradually be phased out.
