Would you like to develop your teaching alongside colleagues in a simple, informal and practical way?

Come and meet colleagues who are also interested in observing a colleague’s teaching or inviting someone to observe theirs! Through classroom observation and subsequent feedback, you’ll gain new perspectives on your own teaching practice.

Through the workshop, you will gain practical tools for how observations can be carried out, what to look out for, and how to follow up on the discussion afterwards.

Observation creates a safe space for reflection, inspiration and the exchange of ideas. It helps you discover things you might not see yourself – whilst strengthening a culture where we learn from and with one another.
