Warning for phishing
Phishing emails have been around for a long time, but they are becoming more and more sophisticated and more difficult to discern as fake.
If you receive an email asking you to change your password, you should always go to our self-service page - do not click on links or buttons in the email. The self-service page is easily found on IT Helpdesk's web.
If you know that you have accidentally entered your password where it does not belong - change it immediately! And of course, you make the change via our self-service page.
According to JU's new password policy, which applies to all passwords set after 1/10 2019, your password is valid until further notice, which means that you will normally not be prompted to change your password.
If you have any questions about phishing or our password policy, please contact IT Helpdesk.
