Take part in JIBS Well-being Week

JU Students are invited to take part in a series of well-being webinars from 19 - 23 April. The aim is to promote useful techniques and practices that can help during times of stress or crisis.

JIBS is putting on a week of webinars that are open to all JU students and staff. Topics cover subjects such as inner voice management, practicing yoga in stressful times, finding balance between productivity and health, mindfulness and how to cope in a crisis.
